Steps:

Tape the flowers (see free printable below) to popsicle sticks and write an open-ended question on the back of each.
Stick the flowers into a pot/pebbles to keep them upright.
Take turns choosing a flower and answering the question. Then, ask the next person the same question.

Step-up:

After answering the question on the flower, the client can ask the AHA a follow-up question around the same topic (instead of asking the AHA the same question).
